Part 14: The Pocket Dimensions --
Five years passed by. Wallace swings his sword at his five year old son, his son blocks it with his own sword, "Good job Antimus, you are getting really good at blocking and pivoting. I am so proud of my boy, you will make a great knight in the future." Sarlia arrives and demands, "Wallace, we need to start your training in the Antimum dimension. You have made some improvements in our Valkyria hand to hand combat martial arts and your body parts have gotten stronger from the amount of antimum inside of your body." Wallace asks, "So, how long till I am as strong as the gods themselves?" She replies, "If you mean Valcia, then that would take six trillion years. Each pocket dimension is controlled by each different god. The pocket dimensions are the source of each of the god's powers, well they have tried to possess each other's energy source but they could only master one at a time, so they were forced to settle for the ones that fit their individual personalities. That is why they can't possess the same abilities, it helps maintain a form of balance between them." Wallace responds, "Balance? Wouldn't it be balanced if they each had all of the same powers?" Sarlia laughs, "Hahaha, no, that is such a naive way of thinking. Uniqueness and personal responsibility helps create a more equal sense of self empowerment. It would be boring for even the gods if they didn't have something to seperate them from the others. Everyone needs a purpose in life, without something to protect, or hold dear from others in which the others don't possess the same, then they feel more important." He interrupts, "Then why are we waging this three way struggle to defeat his siblings? Isn't it still the same if they had equal responsibilities and powers?" She smirks, "It does seem that way, but this way is less gruesome. If everything was perfectly balanced, it really does turn into stagnation and chaos. For some reason, even the omni gods, their parents have to have a purpose in the omniverse. Everything is about purpose, without purpose nothing can exist, fighting against this very individualistic phenomenon seems to be beyond the omni gods themselves. So everything cannot fight this strange anomaly called purpose." They leave the mortal realm and enter Valcia's realm.
Sarlia escorts Wallace to the double doors leading into the Antimum dimension. They enter then walk towards the center of a battle arena. After they take their battle stances, they draw their swords and begin to train. Sarlia swung her longsword at Wallace knocking him onto his bum, he stands back up, "This room is supposed to make me stronger but I don't feel different, everytime I enter I feel no changes, but you insist that I am growing more powerful as we continue to train here?" She replies, "You are, but I am too! We are both absorbing the energy as we train here. This is similar to how Arkana was training Sam Belthor. No doubt Arkana's Mana pocket dimension is being utilized by him and Sam as we train in the Antimum realm." They continue to attack each other, dodging, and blocking blow for blow as Wallace gets more motivated thinking about Sam training in another dimension, the images keep making him squint and maneuver more swiftly as Sarlia easily overcomes his attacks. He yells, "Damn it! You are truly beyond anything that I can throw at you, out maneuvering me with every tactic I can throw at you! I feel weak when I am fighting you, I feel like I will never revenge the slaying of those taken by Sam Belthor. I feel like he is going to continue to get away with his crimes, and I am just not good enough to serve Valcia!" Sarlia ends the battle, she escorts him to his realm, "I understand your frustration. Give me time to prove that you have grown vastly stronger, without you requiring the armor from before. I will provide you with opponents that are disposable and are beyond any mortal lifeform across the entire universe. You will still get stronger, the opponents will also grow in strength, so don't stop or they will begin to overpower you. If they become too overwhelming, yell my name! I will get permission from Valcia since he is my boss." Sarlia disappears.
